What a birthday gift! This little splashy guy was born on Tony’s birthday. We were in Washington, DC, for a Farm Bureau trip and this was one of several foals while we were gone. This beautiful colt is very colorful and a chip off the block of his late sire. If you want to put some color into your herd, this little guy should do it for you. His sire was a gorgeous palomino overo and his dam a black and white mare.
Birthday’s pedigree reads like a who’s who of AMHA historical stallions tracing back to Gold Melody Boy five times, Roan Ranger and Rowdy twice. Also such champions as Boone’s Little Buckeroo, who was World Grand Champion Senior Stallion in 1983, NFC Rowdy’s Supreme, four time World Reserve Champion Mare and Liberty.
Birthday is a full brother to the beautiful filly, Little America’s Overo’s Elektra, who is currently in our show string and has already been a Reserve Junior Champion! (Below) Elektra being shown at World Show by our son-in-law, Martin Bauknight.
