Lightning has the most interesting blaze.  Guess we could have named her Blaze of Lightening.  Others suggested Miss Harry Potter, but we decided on Lightening Fox.  She is a full sister to one of our show fillies (pictured below) who was World Top Ten in Multi Color Mares in 2018.  This filly will likely get more color as she ages, as many of our solid app bred horses do.

Here’s one example of color change.  Little America’s Skipper X from yearling to adulthood.  He showed no signs of app coloration as a foal:

This beautiful filly is really a chip off of the block, looking so much like her sire and one of the most colorful of his foals.  Her sire is Lauren’s main show horse, showing in all the amateur classes and winning many show high points.  He was also Reserve World Champion Fine Harness, second to his famous sire, Silver Meadow’s Phantom Storm, one of the winningest driving horses around.
