What a way to end our 2018 foaling season! A gorgeous frame overo palomino filly. This has been one of the best seasons that I can remember. Watch for this filly in our show string sometime in the future.
Overo goes back to the beautiful Gold Melody Boy FIVE TIMES and to Rowdy twice. That certainly contributes to the colorful foals frequently with blazes and outstanding conformation. Other notable horses in his pedigree are NFC Rowdy’s Supreme who was Reserve Wolrd Grand Champion Junior mare and World Champion as a Yearling and World Champion Liberty two years in a row. Others include Roan Ranger, Wittmack’s Little Skipper, and Boone’s Little Buckeroo.
On the dam side there are famous name such as Sierra Dawn Uno de Mayo, Orion-Light Van’t Huttenest, Komoko’s Little Champ (3 times), Double O Seven and a Half Moto, and the mare that started Little America’s tiny program, Crescent’s Melodee and her son Little Americs’a 007 Rowdy Tornado.
